We offer a free Home Survey for smart setups.

We assess your digital options - if your install/setup will be more than the prices stated, we will let you know before we start.

Many factors affect your options including your chosen TV.

Please note: If your broadband is not sufficient to support a Smart Setup, we will be unable to continue with the survey but we are happy to return if you upgrade to a higher specification.

If you’re happy to go ahead and everything is ready, we would like to setup your smart apps on the same day as your home survey.

You may be advised to upgrade your broadband before a smart setup can be installed.

Home Survey - what else do we check?

Electrical socket and aerial connection close enough?
Furniture suitable? ie is your cabinet wide enough for your new TV?
Do you know your wi-fi password?
Do you have a Google/Samsung/Amazon account and know your password? - this is needed for some TV's
Do you have a smartphone/laptop/PC/Tablet with access to current email?
Do you want to connect any extra hardware?
Do you need help with passwords?

How you can help us on the day of your install

Please have your passwords readily available.
Please make sure the area we need to work in is clear of books/ornaments/plants etc.
Please make sure your remote controls are working and have good batteries.
Please keep dogs in another room - we know your pooches are only being friendly but we don't want to trip over them!
