• Unpack and assemble new TV and remove packaging
• Connect to aerial and tune to available channels
• Connect to existing devices ie soundbar, blu-ray player, DVD player, satellite box.
• Brief demonstration showing picture and sound working
• A basic TV install is £50 (or £65 if smart setup added)

• Connect TV to wi-fi
• Connect to BBC iplayer/itvX/4/My5/U
• Connect to paid services if account information ie passwords are available and account is in your name
• A smart install ONLY ie if your TV is already in place and working, is £50 (or £65 if basic TV install included)

• All of the above
• A basic TV install and Smart setup (carried out at the same visit) is £65 

We offer a free Home Survey for smart setups.

We assess your digital options - if your install and setup will be more than the prices above, we will let you know before we start.

Many factors affect your options including your chosen TV.  

Please note: If your broadband is not sufficient to support a Smart Setup, we will be unable to continue with the survey but we are happy to return if you upgrade to a higher specification.  

 If you’re happy to go ahead and everything is ready, we would like to setup your smart apps on the same day as your home survey.
