• Connect to paid services if account information ie passwords are available and account is in your name
• A smart install ONLY ie if your TV is already in place and working, is £50 (or £65 if basic TV install included)

• All of the above
• A basic TV install and Smart setup (carried out at the same visit) is £65 

We offer a Home Survey for new smart setups where we will assess your digital options.

Many factors affect your options including your chosen TV.  

Please note: If your broadband is not sufficient to support a Smart Setup, we will be unable to continue with the survey but we are happy to return if you upgrade to a higher specification.  

 If you’re happy to go ahead and everything is ready, we would like to setup your smart apps on the same day as your home survey. A Home Survey is £35 but this is not charged as 'extra' if we setup your TV/apps on the same day as your survey.
