Our 'troubleshooting and extras' visits are £50. Some setups can be complex, especially with multiple devices. We'll run through our DPS Home Survey and let you know of any additional charges before we begin any work.

Items such as cables and batteries are charged as extras if needed.

• Basic Smart Setup on 2nd TV at same visit £35
• Basic install and smart setup on 2nd TV at same visit £50
