Our 'troubleshooting and extras' visits are £50. Some setups can be complex, especially with multiple devices. We'll let you know of any additional charges before we begin any work.

Troubleshooting on a 2nd setup starts at £35 if done at same visit.

Installation of extra hardware such as sound bars/Blu-Ray player and items such as cables and batteries are charged as extras if needed.

• Basic install on 2nd TV at same visit £35 (£85 total)
• Basic Smart Setup on 2nd TV at same visit £35 (£85 total)
• Basic install and smart setup on 2nd TV at same visit £50 (£115 total) 
• Troubleshooting on a 2nd setup starts at £35 if done at same visit
